Refund policy

At Organics Fiber, we stand behind the quality of our natural skincare products. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have a limited return policy for opened skincare items.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products (including serums, cleansers, and bundles) are not eligible for refunds or returns.
  • This includes the 4-Step Youth Restore Vault and all individual serums once the seal is broken or the product has been used.

When Returns or Refunds May Be Accepted We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken bottle, leaking, or clearly faulty).
  • You received the wrong item due to our error.

Timeframe You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any damage, defect, or shipping error.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at  llc.shopme@gmail.com
     with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Do not return the item without approval.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

What Happens Next

  • For approved defective or wrong items, we will offer a replacement or store credit (we do not issue cash refunds for opened products).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly by us.

Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Approved cases will be handled via replacement or store credit.

Shipping & Delivery Issues If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us with your tracking number. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve it.

Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies.
